Delete your Firework account
Deleting an account is permanent. It removes the linked identities, cloud progress, sessions, rewards, and active purchase entitlements associated with that Firework account.
Delete in the Android app
- Open Account & Cloud from the lobby.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the permanent-deletion summary and confirm.
Delete on the website
- Open the Account section.
- Sign in with the Google account or email identity linked to Firework Cube Puzzle.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
For security, the website cannot delete an account unless the account owner is signed in. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the address linked to the account.
What happens after deletion
- Google and email identity bindings, sessions, cloud saves, daily progress, settings, rewards, checkout drafts, and entitlement grants are deleted.
- The account can no longer restore paid content. Deleting the Firework account does not itself cancel or refund a Google Play or Stripe purchase.
- Narrow transaction records may be detached from the account and retained where required for refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations.
- Data already stored only on a device is not reachable by the server. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove guest data from that device.
